HERITAGE SHORES CLUB – Bridgeville, Delaware

Opened in 2007, Heritage Shores was carved out of flat ground into an exciting and challenging layout. Sixteen ponds were built to provide the material for the course, serve as drainage basins, and incorporated as a strategic element for the golf hole. The two nine hole loops work in a clockwise direction and provide a lot of variety and options for all players. There are a number of extended collars around the greens to allow for multiple types of shots. Also, there are three wonderful short Par 4’s, our favorite type of hole to design.

RIVER STRAND GOLF COURSE – Bradenton, Florida

The second course at Heritage Harbour includes 27 unique holes in a pristine setting just south of the Manatee River. The routing incorporates many of the tributaries of the river and is dominated by live oaks on the third nine. Some highlights include the biarritz green on #5 Tributary, the blind green site on #6 Tributary, the tucked green location for #1 Estuary, and Holes 4-8 Estuary and Holes 6-8 Sanctuary along the Manatee River.

KINSALE GOLF & FITNESS CLUB – Powell, Ohio

Kinsale, opened in 2004, was built on fairly flat farm land north of Columbus. The first few holes are long and strong in an open setting permeated by large bunkers. Holes 5-8 are smaller in length and scale but have tricky green complexes. Holes 10 and 18 have a wonderful treelined setting and each hole has variety and distinct features that create a memorable playing experience. The course was given an extra year during grow-in and opened in magnificent shape to great reviews.

WHITE CLAY CREEK COUNTRY CLUB – Wilmington, Delaware
White Clay Creek CC was built on surrounding land of the Delaware Park Racetrack and Casino. The course wraps around the perimeter of the property and sits within the 100 year floodplain of the White Clay Creek that winds through the site. There are a number of holes that cross the creek or run along the creek in a strategic manner, which sets up numerous angles of attack for the player. The course has been well received in the Philadelphia market and is ranked #4 by Golfweek’s Best Course You Can Play in the state of Delaware.

    Other notable new projects include:
ROSE CREEK GOLF CLUB – Edmond, Oklahoma
A 7048 yard long golf course built on rolling topography north of Oklahoma City that highlight the creeks and the existing oak trees.

RED HAWK RUN GOLF CLUB – Findlay, Ohio
Located east of Findlay in a rural setting exposes Red Hawk to the prevailing SW winds most of the year. There are a number of holes that utilized an existing creek and two existing ponds. In 2000, Red Hawk Run was ranked as the 6th Best New Affordable Golf Course by Golf Digest.

    Notable large scale renovation projects:
THE OAKS CLUB – Osprey, Florida
DEER CREEK GOLF CLUB – Deerfield Beach, Florida
COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB – Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
MAPLE BLUFF COUNTRY CLUB – Madison, Wisconsin
